I’m Yulia Lenz, founder of Innate Within Retreats, a Wyoming-based wellness experience designed to help you receive, reflect, and reconnect.
With a background in psychology, nutrition, and physical wellness, my work sits at the intersection of preventative health, mindful living, and immersive retreat experiences. I created Innate Within Retreats to offer something deeper than a typical getaway spaces where people can step away from autopilot and return to themselves with clarity, intention, and practical tools for long-term well-being.
Rooted in the wide-open landscapes of Wyoming, our retreats combine yoga, mindful dining, breathwork, creative expression, and holistic education into thoughtfully curated three-day experiences. Every element is intentionally designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and rediscover what it feels like to live in alignment.
My professional background spans event production, marketing strategy, and community engagement, allowing me to design retreats that are not only transformational but also seamlessly executed. I’ve worked across nonprofit initiatives, large-scale events, and wellness spaces bringing together logistics, storytelling, and human-centered design to create meaningful experiences.
What makes Innate Within Retreats unique is our focus on integration over escape. This isn’t about disconnecting from your life it’s about learning how to return to it with more awareness, resilience, and self-trust. Through practices like Ayurvedic-inspired meals, guided journaling, somatic experiences, and skill-based workshops, you leave with tools you can actually use.
At the core of my work is a simple belief: your body already knows how to heal, regulate, and thrive—you just have to learn how to listen.
